Featured Marine & Shipyard Fabrication
We specialize in managing and executing the construction of heavy-duty marine vessels at our Batam shipyard.
Large Barge Construction: Successful fabrication of high-capacity barges, demonstrating our ability to handle major vessel projects.
Project Examples: Fabrication of Barges sized 300 FT x 90 FT x 20 FT and 300 FT x 80 FT x 18 FT.
Tugboat Fabrication: Expertise in constructing specialized vessels, including Tugboats.

Offshore & Structural Components
We are equipped to provide the heavy steel components and modules required for the oil and gas sector.
Offshore Module Assembly: Providing construction management and assembly support for JACKET and TOPSIDE structures.
Heavy Steel Forming: Utilizing key machinery in our workshop, such as the PRESS MACHINE , ROLL MACHINE , and BENDING MACHINE for specialized steel products.
Precision Cutting: All fabrication begins with precision using the NC PLASMA CUTTING TKI SHOP-2 and other CNC machines like the GT7010CNC.
Advanced Fabrication and Quality Process
Our commitment to quality is ensured by controlled procedures and access to world-class, heavy-duty machinery at our Main Company Workshop.
Precision Cutting and Forming: We utilize NC Plasma Cutting and specialized machinery like the Press Machine and Roll Machine for high-accuracy steel plate forming and shaping.
Heavy Fabrication: Our capacity includes specialized equipment such as the H-Shape Bending Machine and Straightening Press for H-Shape for structural components.
Welding Quality: We employ high-standard welding techniques using the Auto Welding Machine.
Heat Treatment Capacity: We possess a dedicated Furnance Facility (1 unit) TKI-1 for PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) , capable of handling large dimensions: 4.0 m (Width) x 14.0 m (Length) x 4.0 m (Height).
Material Handling: Projects are supported by comprehensive lifting resources, including Overhead Cranes and various Crawler Cranes (e.g., CK350 ).
